ILITE Robotics Supports Local FIRST Lego League Teams
Being a part of ILITE also means you are highly involved with the surrounding community. During the fall season, students from ILITE visited elementary schools and mentored an FLL team from each school. We taught them how to program their lego robots and helped them overcome their team struggles. This past November, ILITE Robotics hosted their first FLL Competition technology is the key to having a successful future. The day started off with setting up the FLL field, as well as coordinating teams to their designated pits. We believe that seeing the faces of young children excited and inspired by robotics is most munificent reward of all. The mutual interaction between High School students and elementary students is motivationally electric. Elementary children look up to their local high school and aspire to be like the students there. If we set good examples that will help our society, the younger students will try their best to change the future of our nation. Technology and inspiration is everywhere, and it begins with us.
